COMMUNICATION SKILLS
I've had to coordinate with different departments for wide range of projects and make sure everything was in place.
MANAGEMENT SKILLS
Being a Stage Manager taught me how to efficiently manage a team of 15 people.
DECISION MAKING
Working in an unpredictable environment like theater demands snap decision making. I've had to make several decisions from letting actors go after several months to replacing damaged props during the show.
